Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Times
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–9 business days
- Canada: 5–11 business days
- Australia: 6–12 business days
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 5-15 business days
Please note these are estimates. Occasional delays due to high order volume, customs processing, or carrier delays may occur outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch notification.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at mobixfit@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Wrong Address
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Mobix is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error contact us immediately at mobixfit@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
